At Experience Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collection. If your record is damaged, defective, or simply not what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the vinyl in its original mailer or a sturdy record-specific box to ensure it is protected from warping or cracking during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement copy within 3-5 business days.
